Sick's LFV330 range of tuning forks are level sensors which are universal vibrating level sensors which detect predefined filling heights in liquid systems with millimetre accuracy even under difficult operating conditions.
Regardless of maximum fill amounts in containers as full messages to prevent overfilling, empty messages to prevent dry running or switching signal for refilling or as idle message for pump protection, the LFV330 tuning forks run independently of the liquid and are wear-free and maintenance-free.
A wide selection of flange, threads and hygienic connections allow customer-specific solutions including hygienic applications and can be cleaned using SIP and CIP processes.
There are also variants for use in potentially explosive atmospheres, to prevent overfilling (in compliance with WHG), and with marine certification (GL).
The LFV330 offers tube-extended versions for vertical mounting to bridge switching distances up to 6m.
