Reliance Water Controls provide solar tempering thermostatic mixing valves designed to withstand the extreme thermal demands of solar heating applications.
Solar Tempering valves are available in two variations - Highflow and Universal, both are used to mix hot and cold water to deliver tempered water at a constant temperature throughout an entire house, building or system.
The Highflow Solar Tempering Valve is more suited to high flow, large capacity applications and for low pressure environments such as gravity fed and tank supplied solar water heater installations.
The Universal Solar Tempering Valve is ideal for domestic applications where there are fluctuations in supply conditions and in solar hot water installations where a booster pump is used.
