Nelson HLT heat tracing cable is suitable for process temperature maintenance up to 121ºC (250ºF) and can be used within potentially explosive zone 1 & zone 2 hazardous areas as it is ATEX & IECEx certified.

The heat tracing cable has a maximum exposure temperature of 191ºC (375ºF) and can be used in circuit lengths up to 620ft.

Additionally the cable is able to withstand high temperatures associated with steam purging and a fluoropolymer jacket provides resistance against mechanical, chemical and moisture damage.

HLT heat tracing cables are self-regulating and adjust their heat output in response to changes within the ambient conditions. This ensures that the cable will never overheat or waste energy.

The HLT heat tracing cable is available with heat outputs of 5, 10, 15 and 20 watts per foot (at 10ºC / 50ºF) and for both 120V and 240V power supplies.
