IBC1 IBC Heating Jackets

IBC1 - 1300W IBC Heating Jackets

1 x 1300W Heated IBC Jacket For Frost Protection Of IBC Containers

IBC1 heated IBC jackets are an ideal low cost solution for frost protection of IBC's and containers. The IBC1 fits all standard sizes of IBC containers.

Insulated IBC lids with a centre top opening flap are also available to reduce heat loss from the container whilst providing access to the centre fill cap. A heavy duty waterproof PVC cover is also available if the container is within an area exposed to direct rain or snow.

IBC heaters reduce viscosity of fats, oils, foodstuffs and chemicals and are in widespread service throughout the pharmaceutical, chemicals, cosmetic, food processing and manufacturing industries. IBC heaters and IBC heating jackets are also available with ATEX certification for hazardous area use.

T&D now stock a wider variety of IBC heaters all with different power outputs. Lower power output jackets can be used for frost protection of IBC's, to maintain temperatures and compensate for heat losses. Higher powered jackets can be used to heat up the medium quickly and efficiently.
