High Temperature Side Drum Heater Jackets for 50L for Steel Drums

The HTSD/B drum heater jacket is a higher powered alternative to the HISD product range and is ideal for reducing the viscosity of products or applications that require higher temperatures. HTSD/B drum heater jackets is suitable for steel containers only.

HTSD/B jacket is fitted with a 20-220ºC adjustable thermostat, a 4 metre power cable and adjustable quick release buckles to secure the jacket to the container.

HBD base drum heaters can be also be used on a container fitted with a HTSD/B heater jacket to further reduce heat up times if required.

HTSD/B side drum heater is manufactured to conform to the EEC low voltage and EMC directives and CE marked accordingly.

Additionally for safety, it is advised that power to the drum heater be disconnected when the drum is either empty or being filled, or upon installation or removal of the heater itself. It is recommended that the unit be operated in a dry environment with the drum vented to avoid build up of internal pressure.
