Flanged Immersion Heater for Hot Water Cylinders and Process Tank Heating Applications
EXHEAT's HFY range of flanged immersion heaters are designed for all tank heating applications where the contents are non-corrosive to the immersion heater material. Typical Applications include calorifier packages, hot water storage tanks, boiler equipment, cleaning and rinsing equipment.
The HFY immersion heater has individually replaceable corrosion resistant Incoloy 825 heating elements which are secured to either a brass or stainless steel mounting flange as requested and has a heavy duty weatherproof terminal enclosure rated IP54.
HFY immersion heaters are nominally designed for 415V but can used on 380V - 440V electrical supplies, other voltages are available on request if required. HFY heater units are fitted with an adjustable control thermostat and a 'Run Dry' over-temperature protection thermostat as standard.

Nickel Chrome resistance wire compacted in high purity Magnesium Oxide insulating powder and sheathed in corrosion resistant Incoloy.
Each element is secured to the flange by screwed compression fixings, making them individually replaceable. |
