The Hazloc AEU1 explosion-proof heater range has the ability to operate in harsh environments due to the robust design of this particular model of Hazloc Heaters.

The design makes the AEU1 explosion-proof heater suitable for use in a number of worldwide applications such as paint storage areas, chemical storage and oil & gas rigs to name a few.

T&D in partnership with Hazloc Heaters are able to offer explosion-proof heaters with ATEX, IECEx & EAC Ex certifications that are available in three different sizes and in 50 Hz and 60 Hz models. 

The Eurasian Conformity EAC Ex Mark is the new accreditation certifying products for use in hazardous areas to compile with the new Customs Union Technical Regulations.

The AEU1 heater range is designed to provide a heavy duty heating solution that is accurate, reliable and safe. The AEU1 explosion-proof heater is able to provide comfort or freeze protection in hazardous areas in gas or dust locations.

The Hazloc AEU1 explosion-proof heater range comprise of a first rate immersion heater, powerful and effective fan and motor assembly. The AEU1 model is corrosion resistant as the cabinet is coated with a powder coating. Hazloc are very safety conscience so the AEU1 heater includes two temperature high limits and a pressure relief device.

Hazloc AEU1 Explosion-Proof Heater Range

All three sizes of the heater range include the ExCaliber high performance liquid to air heat exchanger. Available in fourteen 400 Volt for the AEU1 50 Hz model that can meet certain heat outputs between supply voltages 380V and 440V and fourteen 480 Volt for the AEU1 60 Hz model.

The ExCaliber’s rugged design maximises heat transfer which ultimately increases the operational life of the AEU1, makes the heater less likely to corrode and offers maximum durability.

Maintenance of the AEU1 explosion-proof heater couldn’t be easier as although the construction is heavy duty and made from steel the removable heat exchanger core assembly helps make the process a lot easier.
