The Delta LV-1 is a low voltage IBC heating jacket which provides a uniform heating method with a fixed temperature control range 30ºC.
Delta LV-1 IBC heating jacket has a low operation voltage of 24V for operator safety and is ideal for constant process conditions where variable temperature control is not a necessity.
Delta LV-1 IBC heating jackets use a carbon polymer heating surface mounted onto high density thermal insulation and encapsulated within a industrial grade polyester outer cover with PVC coating for water and chemical resistance.
The flexible carbon polymer provides a heating method with high thermal transfer and uniform heating whilst the thermal insulation ensures high energy efficiency.
The low voltage heating jacket is secured to the IBC with polypropylene webbing securing straps and heavy duty clip fastenings with quick release hook and loop plackets.
Delta LV-1 IBC jackets have a built-in precision bi-metallic thermostat for fixed temperature control of 30ºC and an additional over-temperature safety thermal fuse.
Delta LV-1 IBC jackets are provided as standard to suit 1000L Schutz IBC's, custom sized jackets can be designed to suit individual requirements. Contact for further information and a quotation.
