T&D and JAM – In partnership for over 15 years
T&D are specialist distributor & stockist of the JAM range of leak detection products including the Aqualarm I-Zone Range and Leaksense Range.
Our technical sales engineers have extensive product knowledge and can help provide a value engineered solution that meets your requirements and specification.
The i-Zone range of control panels can simultaneously monitor Water, Oil, Refrigerant gas, Temperature, and Humidity detectors.
The control panels are available as an i-Zone 5, capable of monitoring up to 5 detectors, or as an i-Zone 10/25, capable of monitoring between 10 and 25 detectors.
Now also available is a ZLM-500 zoned locating module, a simplified version to allow a network of these units to monitor multiple areas.
Each unit is capable of monitoring up to 500m, and is linked back to an i-Zone panel.
A stand alone system capable of monitoring up to 1500m of cable and able to display the meterage reading relating to the point of contact that water has made with detection cable, with an accuracy of +/- 1 metre.
This system also has the added advantage of displaying a meterage reading of any open circuits caused by damage, with the same accuracy.
Water leak detection equipment is designed to detect water leaks from pipes, air conditioning units (AC units,) Fan coil Units (FCUs), Tanks & plantroom equipment.
It is designed to give an early warning so that leaks can be found and fixed quickly before any damage or downtime can occur.
Some common water leak detection applications include, plant room leak detection, Tea Point / Vending area leak detection, Server Room (SER) leak detection and Communications room (comms) leak detection.
Oil leak detection systems are designed to detect the presents of leaking fuel oil, diesel, chemical spills and distilled/de-ionised water.
The main driving force in refrigerant leak detection is new legislation and standards arising from concerns about:
In addition, when you detect refrigerant leaks early you can reduce operating cost due to:
