T&D Provide Bespoke Hazardous Area Heating Jacket To Help Put Flavours Into Fentimans

T&D were approached by botanical brewery Fentimans to provide a heating solution to ensure an ethanol based solution could be heated up to 25ºC within a glass vessel.

Due to the size and shape of the glass vessel's a standard heating jacket was not a viable solution, additionally the glass vessels were located within an ATEX Zone 2 hazardous area where a flammable atmosphere may occur for short periods of time.

T&D are able to provide custom heating jackets for both hazardous and non hazardous area applications to suit individual client requirements.

Fentimans arranged for T&D to visit the brewery to see the vessels that required heating and provided a solution to meet the necessary criteria.

Contact T&D for further information and to discuss your requirements today.
