IBC Heating Jackets For Winter Frost Protection

In cold climates and low ambient temperatures the contents of IBC containers can easily freeze and disrupt industrial processes. IBC heating jackets can prevent this from occurring and provide gentle, consistent heat throughout the container.

1KW IBC heating jackets have a single heating circuit which is controlled by an adjustable 0-40ºC thermostat.

For particularly cold climates or applications where higher temperatures are required to be maintained, IBC heating jackets are available with multiple heating circuits.

T&D’s IBC heating jackets are supplied to fit 1000L Schutz IBC units however custom jackets can be provided to suit other size containers.
