Low Voltage Drum Heating Jackets

T&D are now able to offer low voltage drum heating jackets within our extensive range of drum & container heating equipment. The low voltage drum heating jackets utilise a patented carbon polymer material which provides uniform heating with high thermal transfer across the full surface area of the drum with either a 24V or 48V output from a 110V or 230V supply voltage.

T&D's low voltage drum heaters are available in three main product lines suitable for 50, 100 and 200 litre drums:

Delta Low Voltage Drum Heating Jackets - 24V drum jackets designed for the simplest operation for constant process conditions and are fixed at 40ºC 

Extra EFF Low Voltage Drum Heating Jackets - 24V drum jackets with adjustable temperature control up to 90ºC.

Ultra Low Voltage Drum Heating Jackets - 48V drum jackets for the fastest heat up times, complete with adjustable temperature control up to 90ºC

Additionally low voltage base drum heaters are also available:

Low Voltage Base Drum Heaters - Available for 24V or 48V with adjustable temperature control up to 90ºC
