T&D are able to provide IBC heating jackets which operate at a low voltage, to SELV regulations, to ensure operator safety under all circumstances, including the harshest environment.

T&D's low voltage IBC heating jackets also utilise carbon polymer heating technology to provide completely uniform heating profile across the whole surface with no hot or cold spots.

Carbon polymer technology is designed to fit around almost any shape and provides precise, even, controlled temperature, with high thermal transfer characteristics allowing for a faster warm up time of the IBC contents than other methods of IBC heating jackets.

The carbon polymer IBC heating jackets are also provided with integrated thermal insulation to ensure efficient performance.

Low voltage IBC heating jackets are available in three standard ranges, with options available to suit a number of different types of IBC's.

Delta Range - designed to suit Schutz type IBC's for the simplest operation for constant process conditions with fixed operating temperatures of 30ºC, 60ºC or 90ºC. 24V and 48V options available.

Extra Range - 24V jackets designed to suit Schutz & Ragus type IBC's for less critical processes and extra low power consumption, with fully variable temperature up to 90ºC. A frost protection only Extra IBC jacket is also available with a fixed operating temperature of 30ºC.

Ultra Range - 48V heating jackets designed to suit Schutz, Pallecon 3, Ragus & Francis Ward type IBC's for the highest heating performance and the fastest heat up times, comes with fully variable temperature control up to 90ºC.
